Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • After order gets processed our team will have a production time of (3-7 days)

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on location.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • ESEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.

  • If an issue arises, please contact our support team, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
